519 Great South Road is a multi-tenant commercial building in Auckland with shared entries serving businesses across several levels. Findable designed, made and installed a wayfinding system that makes those entries and level directories legible to every visitor.
Tenants had accumulated their own signage over the years, and visitors couldn't tell which entry or lift served which business. The directories were out of date and inconsistent from level to level.
The building needed one shared system that names every tenant fairly, updates easily as leases change, and works from the street right through to the office door.
One team handled the whole job - auditing the building, designing the system, fabricating every sign and installing it floor by floor.

We audited every entry, lift and corridor to understand how visitors actually approached the building, then removed the accumulated clutter before adding anything new.
The result is a single directory and identification family: street-front address signage, entry directories, lift-lobby level directories and consistent tenant identification.

The installed system covers the shared journey end to end:

Visitors can now pick the right entry from the street and follow the directories straight to the tenant they came for.
The directory system is modular, so tenancy changes are a swap of one insert rather than a new sign - maintained by the same team that built it.
