Between an approved artwork and a sign on the wall sits the part of the job most clients never see: fabrication. It is where a drawing becomes an object that has to survive weather, cleaners, trolleys and time.

It starts with shop drawings - the translation of design intent into cut paths, folds, welds, fixings and finishes. Every dimension gets settled here, because aluminium does not forgive a guess.

The stations a sign passes through

Cutting and routing first: sheet metal, acrylic and ACM cut to profile. Then forming and fabrication - folded returns, welded seams, internal frames for anything of size.

Finishing is where the design becomes visible: powder coat or paint, applied vinyl, printed graphics, brushed or clear-coated raw metal. Illuminated signs get their LED modules, wiring and testing on the bench, not on the ladder.

Then pre-assembly. We build the sign the way it will hang, check it against the shop drawings, and only then load the truck. Problems found in the factory cost minutes; problems found on site cost days.

The final fix on site is the shortest stage of the whole process - and if everything before it was done properly, the quietest.
